Patricia E. Ball

Patricia Ball graduated from Santa Clara University in 1998 with a degree in English and Political Science. While in college, Ms. Ball studied abroad in London, England at the Institute of European Studies. She also worked as an Assistant to a Member of the British Parliament.

Ms. Ball earned her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003. She served as Comments Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review, and she authored the published comment, "The New Traditional Employment Relationship: An Examination of Proposed Legal Reforms for Contingent Workers from the Perspectives of Involuntary Impermanent Workers and Those Who Employ Them," 43 Santa Clara L. Rev. 901 (2003). During law school, Ms. Ball also volunteered at AIDS Legal Services of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley.

Ms. Ball primarily focuses her practice in products liability litigation and general negligence, defending domestic and international tire, heavy equipment, and automobile manufacturers. Ms. Ball also has experience defending clients in asbestos litigation and construction.
