Jamaul Cannon graduated cum laude from the Columbia University - School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in 1998 with a B.S in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Economics. He subsequently earned his law degree in 2003 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Cannon participated in the Hale Moot Court Competition and also participated as a Student Lawyering Skills instructor for a mandatory first year writing course.

Mr. Cannon also taught Legal Writing Skills as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California from 2004-2006.

Prior to joining Yukevich, Cavanaugh & Calfo, Mr. Cannon focused his practice on business and employment litigation. As a result, Mr. Cannon has gained experience defending numerous Fortune 500 companies against multi-million dollar wage and hour class actions.

Mr. Cannon 's practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, business torts, and products liability defense. He is licensed to practice in California. He also has experience representing clients in a broad range of matters throughout all phases of litigation.
