Brian J. Lee graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and a specialization in Computing. While at UCLA, he was a volunteer for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, Victim Assistance Program.
Mr. Lee received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2007. During law school, he was a member of the Hastings Negotiation Team and an editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. Mr. Lee served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mitchel R. Goldberg, United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, and for the Honorable Kevin M. McCarthy of the San Francisco Superior Court. In addition to his externships, Mr. Lee worked as a certified law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney's Office and participated in the Hastings Workers' Rights Clinic. He is a recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing & Research and Critical Race Theory.
Mr. Lee joined Yukevich Calfo & Cavanaugh in 2009, where he practices in the areas of commercial litigation and products liability defense.
