Kelley Olah

Kelley Spencer Olah is a litigation associate focusing her practice on complex civil disputes with an emphasis on product liability. Kelley has served on several trial teams in cases venued in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas. She has briefed and argued numerous motions in state and federal courts including summary judgment motions, oppositions to remand motions, and motions to exclude experts. Kelley assists in managing Multidistrict Litigation and state-wide coordinated proceedings for Fortune 500 companies.

Kelley earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied Spanish, Latin American History, and International Relations. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006.

During law school, Kelley was a Dean's List student and served as the Honorable Ray H. Pearson Fellow at the Center for Ethics and Public Service. She received the CALI Award for Excellence for her work at the Center, where she gave presentations to non-profits on various topics including land use and housing law. Kelley's publications include a chapter highlighting the importance of law school clinics in the book Reimagining West Coconut Grove (ed. Samina Quraeshi 2005).

Kelley is licensed to practice in all California state courts, all United States District Courts in California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the PennClub Los Angeles.
