Julia E. Romano graduated with honors from the University of Southern California in 2005, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology. While at USC, Ms. Romano was a member of Lambda Pi Eta, the national communication studies honor society, and a participant in USC’s International Communication Studies Program.

Ms. Romano received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in May 2008. During law school, she was an active member of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Moot Court Honors Program and Moot Court Board of Governors. As a Moot Court member, Ms. Romano competed in two prestigious national Moot Court competitions, winning multiple awards for both her oral advocacy and appellate briefs. While in law school, Ms. Romano also worked in-house as a legal intern at a Fortune 500 healthcare company, with her focus on employment and labor law issues.

Ms. Romano joined Yukevich Calfo & Cavanaugh in 2008, where she practices in the area of products liability defense.
