Alan Khlevnoy is a civil litigator and trial attorney practicing in the areas of toxic tort and product liability.
In criminal defense litigation, Mr. Khlevnoy defended clients on misdemeanors, felonies, and post-conviction proceedings across the County of Los Angeles.
Mr. Khlevnoy attained his first Not Guilty jury trial verdict when he successfully defended his client against great bodily injury allegations at the Los Angeles County Superior Court – Compton Branch.
In family court litigation, Mr. Khlevnoy defended the interests of clients on high-conflict parenting divorce cases, restraining orders, and community property asset divisions.
Mr. Khlevnoy was born in Tarzana, California.
During his time at the University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Khlevnoy was a part of a team that placed first at the annual American Association for Justice Intramural Mock Trial Competition. He also studied International Law in Paris, France, and worked on Capitol Hill for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Washington D.C.
Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Mr. Khlevnoy worked as an associate attorney at a law firm located in Santa Monica, California.
