He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2003. While attending law school, Andrew served as a law clerk at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he assisted underrepresented and underprivileged clients against their domestic abusers, sex traffickers, and slumlords. Andrew was the recipient of a Public Interest scholarship in law school.
Prior to joining Yukevich Cavanaugh, Andrew successfully represented businesses of all sizes in the areas of wage and hour class actions, employment litigation, premises liability and products liability. His trial experience includes a second chair defense verdict for a Fortune 100 company in a premises liability dispute in February 2016. Andrew has been able to dismiss numerous cases through his law and motion work and has appellate experience in the California Court of Appeals and 9th Circuit Court of Appeal.
Andrew is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California. He is fluent in Korean.
