Bobbie Eftekar earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Pre-Medicine with a specialization in Biology, from Texas A&M University.

Ms. Eftekar graduated in 2001, magna cum laude, in the top 10% of her class, and obtained her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, in 2005, where she graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, and in the top 5% of her class. She served as the articles editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.

From 2001–2005 Ms. Eftekar was a staff engineer in accident reconstruction and product failure analysis for InnoTech Engineering in San Antonio, TX, where she designed models for expert witness testimony in depositions and trials, and assisted in the litigation of product liability and personal injury actions.

Since earning her Juris Doctor, Ms. Eftekar has gained experience in product liability defense, intellectual property litigation (trade secret, trademark, patent and copyright litigation), business litigation, and general litigation.

Ms. Eftekar is a member of both the California Bar and Patent Bar (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office - Reg # 55,142). She is additionally admitted and licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of California, Central District of California, and Eastern District of California.
