After relocating to Los Angeles, she transitioned to the practice of civil litigation and worked for a state-wide defense firm representing insurance carriers in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, habitability, HOA, and workers’ compensation. Her previous experience also includes having served as the managing civil litigation attorney in a plaintiff’s firm which specialized in the investigation and prosecution of fraud actions.
Ms. Gutierrez is admitted to practice law in California. She has appeared before numerous criminal and civil courts throughout the state, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards, and the 2nd and 3rd District Courts of Appeal.
