After a brief stint performing aboard Royal Caribbean’s Grandeur of the Seas, he won a competitive audition and joined the United States Air Force’s Band of Mid-America. During his enlistment, Mr. Hadacek toured throughout the country with the Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble, Concert and Ceremonial Bands. In 2008, he deployed with the Air Force’s rock band “Hot Brass,” performing for military and local civilian audiences throughout the Middle East, Central Asia, and Horn of Africa.
Upon his Honorable Discharge, Mr. Hadacek used the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill to attend law school at Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2012. While in law school, Mr. Hadacek served as a primary articles editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and as an extern with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois. Mr. Hadacek is the recipient of Washington University’s Scholar in Law, 1L Excellence in Oral Advocacy, and Public Interest Service awards.
Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Mr. Hadacek served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, where he defended various municipal agencies facing civil litigation. Upon relocating to California, he served as an associate with a boutique employment law firm, defending a large national retailer in federal and state courts and agencies.
