Mr. Bodaghi’s representative matters include the following: successfully resolved a complex securities matter on behalf of numerous shareholders alleging violations of securities laws against a publicly traded company; defended a national company from numerous wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour lawsuits; second-chaired an arbitration in an entertainment dispute regarding a television show on the Starz network; and second-chaired a personal injury jury trial. He has also been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine.
Mr. Bodaghi graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He obtained his J.D. in 2010 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (San Francisco). While in law school, Mr. Bodaghi served as an editor for the UC Hastings Business Law Journal and was an instructor to first-year law students (Legal Research & Writing and Moot Court) while serving as a teaching assistant. Mr. Bodaghi received Witkin and CALI awards in Maritime Law and Public & Global Health Law. Mr. Bodaghi also externed for the Honorable James S. Ware of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, where he conducted extensive legal research and drafted court opinions. In addition, Mr. Bodaghi was a law clerk for the Bay Area Railway Transportation District and a law clerk for the Workers’ Tax Committee.
