Ms. Kaiga is an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation. She represents clients in high-stakes disputes across a range of industries and also advises on matters involving intellectual property, data privacy, and emerging technology.
Before joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Ms. Kaiga was an associate at an international law firm, where she managed complex civil litigation matters and played a leadership role in office operations.
Ms. Kaiga is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and an Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP). She also holds a Professional Certificate in U.S. Intellectual Property Law from Stanford Law School.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Ms. Kaiga trained as an engineer and was recognized as a Distinguished Student in Engineering at Tulane University. She also earned a Master of Science in Biostatistics. Her technical and analytical background provides a unique perspective in litigation involving complex data, technical records, scientific evidence, and expert testimony.
