He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in May 2003. While in law school, Mr. Pacetti participated in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. In addition, he interned with the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Solicitor in Washington, DC.
Mr. Pacetti’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and products liability defense. He also practices in the area of business litigation, appellate, and insurance coverage, and has experience representing clients in a broad range of matters throughout all phases of litigation.
