Prior to joining the firm, she acted as National Coordinating Counsel for a major tire manufacturer, where she was responsible for devising and enforcing implementation of a unified national defense strategy. She also coordinated the discovery process nationwide and oversaw the production of all client documents. She is an experienced litigator who has represented some of this country’s largest insurance companies and product manufactures. Her clients have also included national companies in the automotive and health care industries, as well as public entities. Noelle has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters for more than 15 years, in both state and federal court.
Noelle Ponsetto graduated from the University of California at Fullerton in 1991 with a B.S. in Political Science. She received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in May 1996, where she was an Appellate Advocacy Competition Finalist and the Gunnar Nicholson Scholarship Recipient. She is admitted to practice in California, as well as before the US District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
