In law school, Mr. Lee developed his writing and research ability by serving as an associate editor for the Maryland Law Review and as a judicial intern for judges in both the state supreme court and federal district court. Mr. Lee also served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, where he helped secure successful government prosecutions against gang members facing drug distribution and racketeering charges.
Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Mr. Lee was a criminal defense attorney in Virginia. He represented hundreds of defendants against misdemeanor and felony charges through various stages of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts; including probation violations, bond hearings, preliminary hearings, bench and jury trials, and sentencings.
