Licensed to practice in California, New Jersey and New York, Steven S. Vahidi is a civil trial litigator who concentrates his practice in handling complex civil litigation, product liability, class action litigation and FELA cases, and has handled a vast array of other civil litigation matters including premises liability, employment disputes, habitability and intellectual property claims.
Mr. Vahidi has represented national and international companies, including manufacturers of motor vehicles, power tools, pharmaceuticals, clothing, glass products, outdoor power equipment and industrial machinery. This experience includes defending wrongful death, catastrophic injury, fraud and consumer fraud claims, in individual and multi-plaintiff actions.
Mr. Vahidi was born and raised in Southern California, and graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In 2003, he graduated from Rutgers Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
