Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weber was an associate at a trial litigation firm with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. There, he defended high-stakes products liability actions, as well as insurance, business, and real estate litigation.
Mr. Weber is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, binding arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and expert witness preparation. He has represented clients in numerous trials.
Mr. Weber is admitted to practice in California, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the State Bar of California. He was named as a Rising Star (a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of admitted attorneys in practice for less than 10 years) by Los Angeles Magazine, Super Lawyers, Law & Politics, Southern California, in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
