Following completion of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Zaverl earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California (J.D. 2005).
Mr. Zaverl has gained experience in the areas of personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, toxic torts defense, homeowner’s association defense, and governmental entity defense. He has successfully tried both jury and bench trials throughout California, and has served as “second chair” defense counsel on many more.
Mr. Zaverl has also had the opportunity to prosecute writs and appeals, which includes the following published appellate decision: TSI Seismic Tenant Space, Inc. v. Superior Court (2007) 149 Cal.App.4th 159.
Mr. Zaverl is licensed to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
