Licensed in California, Mr. Cho’s practice primarily focuses on civil, commercial and business litigation in federal and state courts, including general negligence, products liability, contractual disputes, and intellectual property rights (trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights). Mr. Cho also advises corporate and other business clients concerning strategic development and planning. In 2014 and 2015, Super Lawyers® rated and selected Mr. Cho as a “Rising Star” in Northern California.
Mr. Cho graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he served as a Primary Managing Editor for the McGeorge Law Review. At McGeorge, Mr. Cho was selected to the Traynor Honor Society, made the Dean’s List, and received Witkin Awards of Achievement in Complex Civil Litigation, Legal Process, Community Property and Sports Law.
In 2001, Mr. Cho graduated from the University of California, San Diego where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular Biology. Prior to his career in law, Mr. Cho worked in biotechnology researching Alzheimer’s Disease at TorreyPines Therapeutics and performing peptide chemistry at Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute.
Mr. Cho is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
