David A. Turner is a 2002 cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, and a 1996 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford. Mr. Turner joined Yukevich | Cavanaugh in 2011. He has experience litigating and trying cases in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S. He is also a former adjunct professor of legal writing at William Mitchell College of Law, in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Mr. Turner’s practice focuses on preparing for trial and trying major liability and exposure cases in the product liability field. Mr. Turner was an integral part of Yukevich | Cavanaugh’s trial team that won defense verdicts for manufacturers in the Jeffrey Sohn v. Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. and Edward Acuna v. Riddell, Inc. cases, both of which were selected as Verdicts of the Year by the Los Angeles Daily Journal.
Mr. Turner has repeatedly been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for both Southern California and Minnesota, and was named to the 2019 Southern California Super Lawyers list.
