Eric Achatz is an associate in the Los Angeles Office. His practice areas include product liability, premise liability, and general negligence defense.
Prior to joining Yukevich Cavanaugh, Eric competed in regional competitions for both arbitration and client counseling. He served as a legal clerk working in medical product liability, and provided legal aid to those struggling with housing insecurity during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
In 2018, Eric graduated from CSUF, with a major in Political Science and a minor in Public Administration. While attending California State University Fullerton, Eric served as an active member and historian of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and held leadership positions related to the Universities’ Inter- Fraternal Council. Eric was also elected to the Board of Trustees, where he represented the student body in public policy and advocated for educational programs. Thereafter, Eric received his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of law.
Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his Fiancé Melissa and traveling to exotic and historical parts of the world. Eric is also an enthusiastic sports fan who enjoys playing and watching football and basketball.
