While in law school, Mr. McCormack served as president of the Law and Business Society. He received the school’s High Tech Law Certificate, and was awarded the CALI Excellence Award for his work in commercial arbitration. Mr. McCormack also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William J. Monahan of the Santa Clara County Superior Court, where he drafted many judicial opinions and court orders.
Prior to law school, Mr. McCormack was a law clerk at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he worked on labor and employment matters. He obtained his BBA from Loyola Marymount University, with a double emphasis in business law and management. He was also captain of LMU’s NCAA Div. I Men’s Soccer Team.
