Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Ms. Baylis gained extensive litigation experience through law clerk and summer associate positions, assisting with civil defense, mass torts, labor and employment law, intellectual property, and civil rights cases. Her work included drafting appellate and mediation briefs, conducting legal research, reviewing large volumes of documents, and performing client intakes to assess case strength and identify legal issues.
Ms. Baylis graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she served as President of the Labor & Employment Law Society, President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and Senior Editor of the Consumer Law Review. She was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Evidence and Professional Responsibility. She holds a B.A. in Applied Communication from San Diego State University and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego. Ms. Baylis is admitted to practice in California.
