Cristen has worked in general liability and has hands-on experience, taking and defending depositions drafting pleadings, propounding, and responding to discovery, preparing mediation briefs, and settlement agreements. Cristen is also experienced in attending oral arguments and arguing motions, representing clients in mediations. Cristen is used to having autonomy over her cases and can handle all aspects of a litigation matter from inception to trial prep.
As a law clerk, Cristen handled IP litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, NDAs, copyright agreements, and drafted correspondence to the US Copyright Office and US Patent and Trademark Office.
Cristen clerked with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and for a boutique law firm in Newport Beach. Cristen obtained her JD degree from the University of California, Irvine and a B.A., degree in Political Science from UC, Irvine.
