Eric M. Sowatsky is an experienced attorney, having represented large corporations, public entities, and public utilities in matters throughout California, from inception through trial, involving complex tort and contract claims, including high-exposure wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, and premises liability actions.

Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Mr. Sowatsky worked as in-house complex litigation counsel at a large insurance company where he specialized in law and motion practice and secured summary judgment and other significant victories for his clients on a regular basis.
