Kyra Armstrong graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018. She attended New York Law School, where she participated in the Pro Bono Scholars Program and graduated cum laude in 2022. Following law school, she worked at a non-profit in Midtown Manhattan, focusing on impact litigation and legislative advocacy for civil rights and environmental law matters.
Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Kyra served as a staff attorney in New York, where she worked on sophisticated litigation matters involving major corporate clients and complex, multi-party disputes. This experience provided a strong foundation for working on large-scale discovery, regulatory investigations, and trial preparation in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Kyra’s unique background with both corporate and non-profit experience in New York allows her to approach representation with a client-centered approach.
Outside of the office, Kyra enjoys spending time with her cats and enjoying the California sunshine.
