While obtaining her law degree at St. John’s University School of Law, Ms. Le completed externships with New York City’s Legal Aid Society, Capital Division and the Judge Advocate General Corps, as well as an internship with the then presiding judge of the criminal division of New Jersey’s Superior Court, Bergen County. Ms. Le was also the managing editor of St. John’s New York International Law Review. She was awarded the CALI “Excellence for the Future” Top Student Award in Constitutional Law. In addition, Ms. Le was a member of St. John’s Senior Bar, Moot Court Honor Society during which time she was an Octa-Finalist in the National Moot Court Labor and Employment Law Competition.

Ms. Le is an experienced litigator focused on obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients in the most efficient manner and is especially skilled at driving settlements and getting cases dismissed via dispositive motions. 

Ms. Le has represented clients in federal and state courts in various matters, including construction defects, commercial liability, professional liability, New York Labor Law, products liability, premises liability, property damage litigation, wrongful death, false arrest, assault, battery, motor vehicle/motorcycle accidents, negligent security and constitutional rights. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Le represented U.S. victims of terrorism in U.S. federal courts pursuant to the terrorism exception to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. 

Ms. Le is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the following federal courts: U.S. District Court of New Jersey, U.S. District Court of Eastern District of New York, U.S. District Court of Southern District of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
