Monica Blut is a versatile and highly experienced Civil Litigation attorney. During her more than 30 years of practice, she has worked at firms large and small, including the establishment of her own boutique litigation office.
Ms. Blut has dedicated the majority of her practice to defending the interests of corporate and
insurance entities in the fields of commercial and business litigation, professional malpractice, product liability, complex construction defect, and personal injury claims.
Ms. Blut also brings a wealth of managerial and supervisory skills to the firm, having run her own
practice, and having established Civil Litigation departments within existing firms, supervising junior and senior associates and paralegals from the inception of a case through resolution.
A native and lifelong resident of Los Angeles, Ms. Blut has deep roots in the legal profession and in the community at large, having graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with an undergraduate degree in Political Science, before earning her Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
Prior to joining private practice, Ms. Blut clerked for Chief Judge Geraldine Mund of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
