Ms. Lasicka graduated from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York, where she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution and served on the Student Bar Association Executive Board.
During law school, Ms. Lasicka interned with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Major Crimes Unit, the New York County District Attorney’s Office in the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor, and with the City of New York Administration for Children’s Services. Ms. Lasicka also participated in a clinic with The Children’s Law Center, which focuses on direct child advocacy, and, following law school, completed a Postgraduate Legal Fellowship with The Children’s Law Center.
Ms. Lasicka began her practice in New York City working for boutique law firms representing high net worth individuals in complex matrimonial litigation.
Prior to joining Yukevich | Cavanaugh, Ms. Lasicka worked as an in-house trial attorney in the insurance industry. In that role, she independently managed a substantial caseload directing the legal strategy and litigation posture through all phases of litigation.
Ms. Lasicka is admitted to practice in New York and California.
