Leading Los Angeles law firm Yukevich | Cavanaugh is proud to announce that, effective immediately, Jacquelyn J. Sugapong has become a Partner of the firm.

Acting as an integral member of the Yukevich | Cavanaugh team for more than a decade, Jacquelyn is a highly skilled civil defense litigator who has represented Fortune 500 companies in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases involving product liability claims, asbestos litigation, propane gas fires/explosions, and automobile collisions. She has managed cases from inception to resolution, achieving dismissals or cost-efficient early settlements by thoroughly investigating all claims and strategically advancing focused legal analyses, and has also taken trials to verdict. Jacquelyn successfully resolved numerous cases in more than 20 states, including those involving catastrophic injuries and property damage exceeding several million dollars.

Jacquelyn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine and her J.D. from the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law. Following graduation, Jacquelyn was an associate attorney for boutique trial law firms in Kansas City, MO, in the areas of product liability, propane and natural gas litigation, insurance defense, toxic tort, and asbestos litigation. A native of Southern California, Jacquelyn returned to Los Angeles and joined Yukevich | Cavanaugh in 2013. She is admitted to practice in California, Missouri, and Kansas.
